David and Cheryl took over the Crown Inn on 14th March 2007 and have been updating and decorating the charming 300 year-old Norfolk pub ever since!

The pub is popular with locals and also the many walkers, cyclists and holidaymakers staying in the many holiday cottages nearby. We’re dog friendly & welcome well behaved children. There’s loads of good walks nearby so the Crown is perfect to either start your work form or finish it off (depends if you like to walk towards your Sunday lunch, or walk it off!)
Improvements to the cosy interior continue and more work is planned to add accommodation in the near future, but you'll find it’s already a charming and welcoming inn, ideal for a quiet drink and a lovely bite to eat.
As much as possible, we use locally sourced ingredients for our bar menu, which boasts plenty of variety and good, home cooked traditional “pub grub” food. Our specials board changes weekly...
